  10.          This file provides information for BBS sysops on the
  11.          distribution of NewBiz via Electronic Bulletin Board systems.
  12.  
  13.          You may compress, post and distribute NewBiz as long as:
  14.  
  15.          - you explain the Shareware concept (copyrighted, try-before-
  16.            you-buy; continued use requires registration and payment of
  17.            a fee to the author) to your customers
  18.  
  19.          - you designate NewBiz as Shareware and NOT as Free, Freeware
  20.            or Public Domain
  21.  
  22.          - you make it clear that any charges involved ONLY cover your
  23.            service of copying/making available NewBiz, which does NOT
  24.            convey any rights to other than trial use of NewBiz
  25.  
  26.          - you do NOT place NewBiz into any special area that carries
  27.            a higher charge than other programs or files
  28.  
  29.          - ALL of the files listed in the NEWBIZ.LST file are both
  30.            included and umodified.

  32.          The right to withhold or withdraw permission to distribute
  33.          NewBiz from anyone at any time for any reason is explicitly
  34.          reserved.

  36.          For consistency and to help users locate NewBiz please name
  37.          the archived NewBiz files NEWBIZ10.*, such as NEWBIZ10.ZIP,
  38.          NEWBIZ10.LZH, NEWBIZ10.ARJ or, in the case of a self-
  39.          extracting file, NEWBIZ10.EXE.

  41.          Many BBSses customarily add a small text file (promotional
  42.          message) to an archived file. This text file describes the
  43.          BBS and tells people that the file was downloaded from that
  44.          particular BBS. Other BBSses add a small one-line message
  45.          with their BBS name and phone number to the compressed file,
  46.          which will display when the file is uncompressed. Either of
  47.          these methods of mentioning your BBS is acceptable and may be
  48.          used, provided ALL NewBiz files are otherwise unmodified and
  49.          complete.

  51.          NewBiz can be described as follows:

  53.          "Brainstorming Program to set up your own business", or:

  55.          "Brainstorming Program for generating ideas to set up your own
  56.          business on a shoestring, without requiring heavy investment"

  58.          NewBiz can contain a maximum of 200 (personal) assets and 200

  63.          Context-sensitive help is available throughout the program.
  64.          Because of the very thorough idea evaluation procedure
  65.          contained in the program, NewBiz can also be used as a
  66.          standalone Personal Decision Support System.

  68.          NewBiz is also ideal as teaching material for schools,
  69.          universities and other educational institutions where
  70.          Creative Thinking and Problem Solving is taught. Site
  71.          licenses offering discounts of up to 80% are available (see
  72.          the NBSITLIC.REG file or type NBSITLIC for further
  73.          information).

  75.          NewBiz runs on any IBM-compatible PC (XT, AT, 386 or 486
  76.          machine) with or without color and with or without printer.
  77.          DOS 3.2 or higher required.
